3 1/2 years ago I started college to become an accountant… this past Friday I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with an A.O.S. in Baking & Pastry (a sentence I’d never thought I would say).

I’m so grateful to have ended up where I am and to have had such amazing support to pursue my dreams. Thank you to all my incredible chefs, classmates, family, and friends who’ve been on this journey with me - I couldn’t have done this without you!
