Intentional timeline manipulation is extremely draining on the mind, body & soul. After conducting some experiments ya boi was ÐRAīNEÐ in every way.

I needed to recover, I needed to go back home. So I did. And I brought back some gifts 🎁

Sound Distillation Vol.005 // J.FTF (Jax From The Future)

City: Pixburgh, Pa
Genre: Bass music, experimental 140/bass, club music, house, techno, halftime, hip-hop

How would you describe your sound (without using genres)? New Age Bass

What does “Sound Distillation” mean to you? Through time & concentrating the essence of timeless music, one finds their own sound & unique message of their music. The years of failure, burnout & repetition that led to where you are right now. Thats the process / cycle of “sound distillation” that makes each & every dedicated artist unique & truly stand out.

Do you have any personal ritual before you perform or record a mix that helps you enter the “distillation” state? I need 15-30 min of meditation in order to sync with Jax “From The Future”. We become one and the performer side of me gets to play. This is normally done first thing when I wake up.

You just finished the perfect set. Your favorite food magically appears —what are you eating? Pizza. A light & crispy pepperoni pizza.

What mindset or energy are you bringing into this mix, and what are you leaving behind before you press play? The theme of this set was bridging past, present & future into one, synergistic set. Dipping into different genres as if skipping from one rock to the next. Showcasing the staples in dance music that remain relevant, continuing to evolve with music as times come & go. A reminder of the subtle timelessness that exists within music no matter the genre, tempo, time period ect.

Ambient Alchemists: Sound Distillation Vol.005 // J.FTF (Jax From The Future)

City: Pittsburgh, Pa
Genre: Bass music, experimental 140/bass, club music, house, techno, halftime, hip-hop

About: On day one at Millvale Music Festival, the energy emanating from the stage at Rainbow Raccoon Park felt different. Under the open sky & filled with a community of people dancing, vibing & creating, the music seemed to converge with the collective. That energy, mixed with the humid, early-summer air, seemed to unleash something special that Friday evening.

Something cosmic shifted as the sun descended into the night. The past, present & future converged into an unforgettable moment in time. A portal was opened. At 9pm, Pittsburghs bass alchemist took the stage & the sonic ceremony commenced. It wasn’t just a set, it was a transmission. Bass rippled through people & brought local fields into perceived weightlessness. An ancient, otherworldly energy was felt by all who attended.

This set was Re-recorded with the intent to capture the same energy & essence of Jax’s set from that night & carefully refine it into a studio from that night & carefully refine it into a studio mix for the Ambient Alchemists mix series “Sound Distillation”. It bottles the raw electricity in the crowd & sweaty smiles on the dance-floor with otherworldly, atmospheric vocal chops & futuristic, tribal percussion lines. Club vibes with hypnotic builds that drop you into face-melting, experimental bass. This mix preserves the playful yet powerful spirit of that night. The air felt electric. We were locked-in & in some magical way, a collective spirit was born.

This set is a portal to that moment, a timeline souvenir from a special night in Pittsburgh.

What’s one track in this mix that you’re especially excited for people to hear? Yng Martyr - Chalant / Peekaboo - Are We Dreaming?

OUT NOW! Re-recorded set from Millvale Music Festival 5/16/26 // Full mix tracklist available on SoundCloud — Listen 🎧▶️ https://on.soundcloud.com/ocgePnwVU5Sku61rx4 taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @j.ftf

A little update on my track “Tīmelīne ĦoÞÞīn”

Flirting with this concept of blending vocals on top of one another to represent how parallel dimensions sometimes overlap into adjacent timelines.

Also, the concept of what it would be like if you were able to experience higher levels of consciousness & have awareness of multiple timelines simultaneously existing around you.

It explores the idea of “harmonic convergence” and how sometimes, under the right conditions, these parallel realities synchronize for a brief moment & things from both timelines are able to bleed through into each others reality, creating slight disturbances in the process. (Mandela effect, time disassociation, Déjà vu ect.)

It’s just a small section of the song in this clip, the mix isn’t quite where I want it & overall there’s still work to be done. I just wanted to show something that’s very intentionally different from what I usually make, & especially a concept I’ve never thought about trying to express though my art.

Sorry to get way into explaining the “creative process” & explain how to interpret two different vocals playing over each other at the same time in some points lol. I figured it would only make sense if I explained what is actually going on with it. Hopefully this is something that others are able to enjoy the “quirks” I’m working on, if not, I still think it’s a cool concept. by @j.ftf

Im sure yall heard the news 😔

Something’s just not sitting right & I know it’s not the only one.

When you stand up to major record labels & free yourself from their control, you need to be careful how you move. Idk what the details may be, but this one feels different.

Praying for him & those who loved him near & far.

Timeline Hoppin 2 spy on the other Jax’s just 2 make sure they ain’t up 2 somethin 🧐

Here’s an animation im working on for one of my singles (Timeline Hoppin). I made a few prompts and sent them over for @klingai_official to spit out some ai generated scenes. Threw them into @videoleep for post editing and efx. Needs some work but it’s pretty cool building a universe for my music to live in.

I need to learn how to prompt ai better but it’s expensive paying for each render no matter how it comes out. taken in The Multiverse by @j.ftf
