Memorial Day weekend was not what I was expecting it to be this year...

In a good way, obviously, but still! It was so amazing getting to see Portland, OR with so many amazing people. The most amazing being my boyfriend, duh.

I got to meet new people as well as get to catch up with some past friends I haven't seen in a while, and I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to go and stay in Portland for a few days and be able to just explore the city after my only exposure to the heart of Oregon being restricted by business club conventions and cross country meets.

Hopefully the stars align just right for me to be able to go back and visit again. This time, I hope to check out some places I missed, but that doesn't mean I won't cherish the places I did see all the same. taken in Portland Oregon by @j.gonmen05

I love you so much, Mama.
I wish I could show you but not even the most beautiful paintings could portray it.

So many years have past and I’ve both gained and lost many people. I can’t wait for the next 6 months with all of you.

To Closed Captions:
Thank you for getting up at 5:30 so we could get the H on the field :]
Soon enough we’ll be spending the evening laughing and rolling and playing cards on that field again and realize that this isn’t just the end of our high school era, but also the beginning of the rest of our lives with each other. I hope we get many late nights at McDonald’s and many many more awful pictures of each other. I love each and all of you so much, thank you for coming along for the ride <3 taken in Kennison Field by @j.gonmen05

A school election (Giselle won prez, btw), several concerts, and many more to come!
With all city concert around the corner and an interview this week, things are stacking up but we gotta keep on truckin'.
Remember when things get too much, take a second to breathe and enjoy the view.
But, there ain't no turnin' back now. So buckle up, cuz it's about to get fun :] by @j.gonmen05

"And with that the 2021 to 2022 school year comes to an end. Goodnight."
And now there's only 2 more left. I want to say I'm excited but in reality I'm afraid for what's going to happen in the coming years. I'm sad that our sophomore year is gone with a blink. But I'm glad for the group and the people I've surrounded myself with are going to join me in this next journey. I hope that everyone is happy for the change and that even if we don't always get to stay in one place, we can always think about the memories with friends.
Love you all dearly 🦋 taken in Hermiston High School by @j.gonmen05

1940s picnic in a park and blasting music is a must have for a good start to spring break. One of the best ideas we've had, if I say so ma self! I'm glad to have this circle of people around me :] 💛 taken in Riverfront Park by @j.gonmen05
