my 2025 reel, putting year 2 in tha books!📚
& wow, what a year it was.

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who I had the pleasure of working with this year. From crew to client, just about every single person I interacted with had a smile from ear to ear & gave me their full trust - regardless of my task at hand.

Considering the singular year of experience under my belt & how the big '25 treated ALL of us, that is no easy feat - so thank you for that.

Secondly, I want to thank each and every single one of you who stick around & support my journey. You all know I don't do any of this for a dollar or a holler, hell I don't think I even gained 100 followers this year. I do this day in & day out because of my love for the creative PROCESS & a burning desire to improve at what I do - out of respect for the craft.

Each like, fire emoji, repost & heartfelt DM you all send to me is the external validation that taking the long route was the right decision. Now, I'm pretty sound with my decision making, but sometimes we all need a reminder that we're on the right path - so I can't express my gratitude enough towards ALL of you for the constant reminders. Regardless if it's once a year or on every single post. Thank you.

I truly learned a lot this year, so much that I'm laughing at some of these clips I HAD to include in the reel - not to mention last years' reel. I truly couldn't have done it without all of the amazing people I've met who've bestowed their knowledge, shared their experiences, and support. As cliche as that is, it's the honest truth.

I hope you all had a great 2025, but have an even better 2026!

Carpet Company [Ice Cream] SUCKS
(Spec for @carpetcompany - photos coming soon)

Had a ton of fun on this super simple project, got to bring some familiar faces out to Patterson Park with us & also met some new friends along the way! The photo shoot was our main priority , so definitely stay tuned in the upcoming days for those. Admittedly, these clips were initially supposed to stand on their own - but I put them together & it just worked in a way that I liked, so here we are!

Huge shout out to @h8nef for assisting , all of our models who showed up & dripped out in Carpet to make this one happen! taken in Baltimore, Maryland by @j.grclss

Clips & bts moments from making UUBIH for @boodahstfu
•
Had the homies come up to my place for my birthday to celebrate & all I wanted to do for ‘celebration’ was make mar a music video while we had him🤣

We had no ideas in mind that we could shoot on the spot in my apartment in the middle of nowhere - plus we were hungry, so we went up to Philly for Pizza & Cheesesteaks from Angelo’s

While walking around & waiting for the food we decided “fk it, let’s just shoot around here”🤣 so apart from a small handful of actual performances - we just recorded this like a little vlog just having fun being stupid. Brought me back to the old CoD days when I first picked up a camera/editing through vlogs & montage edits.

Got back to MD & hit the lab with Mar, put all the clips on the timeline, scrubbed through them super fast. That’s when I spun my head over with a lightbulb above it.
I screen recorded every single clip - scrubbing through super fast & we just started laughing our asses off at how perfectly on beat/lyric certain elements were. I had half an orange crush that night as my birthday drink , so when Mar said “yes… I want it to NOT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL”;

I sat up in my chair, cracked my knuckles & went further with it to the point that it had us cracking up for hours. Things were just falling into place on timing, ideas just kept coming & I just kept trying to do things as fundamentally WRONG as I possibly could; until it was actually good & a fun/unpredictable watch from start to finish… I think I succeeded there😅

My absolute favorite part is the tree. Oh god the tree. When I tell you it had me laughing my ass off for 20 minutes for absolutely no reason but I love it

Since I met Nef through CoD years ago & we make little CoD references/jokes all the time - I figured I would pay homage to some call of duty references like the fully custom campaign text intro & head glitch/snake at the beginning, the killfeed against the Complexity CoD champs line up & the press X to respawn, all made completely from scratch by hand lol. just being stupid & having fun throwing little Easter Eggs in.

Thanks for watching/reading. We love yall by @j.grclss
