Who is ready to share a Friday WIN?! 🗣️🔥

Here is mine: I am so proud of myself for staying consistent at the gym! Waking up at 4:30 AM to get my workout in before the workday even starts has been a total game-changer. Showing up for yourself is not always easy, but it is ALWAYS worth it. 💯💪

What is your win this week? Big or small, drop it below so we can celebrate together! 👇✨ Shout out to my trainer @realworldryann for the idea! by @j.keeda

Good news! It's reported that as of 25Aug26 evening, Gary has 99% of its electricity restored so, I no longer have to make the drive out to Gary tomorrow morning. 🚗💨

I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who reached out, stepped up, and offered to help. It is incredible to see how quickly you all come together when people are in need. I appreciate you all! ❤️ taken in Detroit, Michigan by @j.keeda

I am putting together an effort to get clean water to the community in Gary, and we need all hands on deck if available for possibly Fri 8/28/26. Here is how you can step up:

💧 DONATE: Can anybody pitch in to help us buy a full pallet of water? Every dollar helps!
🚗 DRIVE: We need people with vehicles to help transport the water to the drop zones.
🤝 VOLUNTEER: We need boots on the ground to just be present and help pass out water to the residents.

If you can help in ANY way—money, time, or driving—please comment below or send me a DM. Let’s show up for Gary! Please share this post! 🗣️ taken in Detroit, Michigan by @j.keeda

Its been 2 years since I left Mi to join the Dept of Veteran Affairs and I am so proud to announce that I am officially beginning ANOTHER new chapter within the VA! Serving our Veterans is a mission I hold close to my heart, and I am honored to step into this role. 🇺🇸

At the same time, I am taking on a new business adventure! Building a career while scaling a business is double the work, but it is also double the reward. Thank you to everyone who has supported my entrepreneurial journey and cheered me on professionally. Here goes nothing 💼📈✨ by @j.keeda
