Heavenly Father,
On this special day, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude.
You have carried me through storms I never thought I’d survive.
When I felt weak, You were my strength.
When I was lost, You found me.
You have been my refuge, my provider, my healer, and my hope.

Lord, thank You for another year of life — not just of existing, but of growing, learning, and healing.
Thank You for the silent battles You helped me win,
for the nights You dried my tears,
and for the moments You reminded me that I am never alone.

I am who I am today because of Your grace.
