We got away from the gym for the first time in years for a bitter sweet 48hrs to just be a family and my momma heart needed it more than I knew. We even got to snap some photos on the windy Virginia Beach of our crew and precious Val.

To say I didn’t cry multiple times just looking at these would be a lie - it’s my last summer with both my kids being “home” and I’m just not okay.

I did however have to throw in a little giggle at the end because sis was over the two love birds 😂 Val has been such a sweet and bright addition to our family and we are thankful she was able to be apart of our little break before we are back in the gym tomorrow! by @j.wise0809

Happy Daughters day to my FAVORITE girl who keeps us on our toes and is one of the most loving people in this world. I’m so amazed of the hard work she puts in everyday and the determination she continue to have to do what she loves. To say we are proud is an understatement 💙 by @j.wise0809
