I keep seeing this trend on my fyp and I need to make it!!! It’s so good!! 😊 I didn’t have Parmesan cheese, so I opt out of it! Seaweed paste (round estimate~) • 2 packs of roasted nori sheets • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp sugar • 2 pasteurized egg yolks • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water, plus a pinch of salt Steps 1. Blitz the torn nori sheets and sesame seeds in a food processor until finely ground. 2. Mix the ground nori with the sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and egg yolks into a thick paste in a large bowl. 3. Cook the spaghetti al dente (using high protein pasta @enjoypetes )in the soy-seasoned water. Reserve at least 1/2 cup pasta water before draining. 4. Add the hot pasta to the paste and toss vigorously, splashing in pasta water until it’s glossy and creamy. If you’re using regular egg yolks, gently heat while stirring until it hits 160°F so the egg doesn’t scramble. 5. Meanwhile, fry the shrimp ( I used @funtable_us garlic soy sauce to marinated it) over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until opaque. 6. Plate the pasta, top with the shrimp 🦐 #noripasta by @j00diefoodie
