We are incredibly grateful to be able to show off our new space. It’s been an unreal journey to get here, and this move wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who helped with the build and the move. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

What we love about J2?

From watching the gym and its culture evolve, to the strength and conditioning side where clients achieve their athletic goals or become that little bit more self confident. To the rehab and physio side where we see clients get back to the things they love, feeling empowered and in control of their rehab process along the way. We take pride in knowing we’ve played a small role in helping people at various stages of their journey and we look forward to that continuing for years to come.

Why did we start J2?

We wanted to sit down and show everyone that has supported us why we started J2 and what we love about J2. Why we go the extra mile with every person that walks through our doors. A big reason is because we have both been there and been in those shoes- wanting to become a better athlete, or wanting to get back on the field.
Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our clients achieve their goals whether that’s through sport or returning from injury or simply becoming healthier and more confident. Here is part one with a little dive into us and our “why” behind what we do and why we enjoy working with you all so much. We can’t thank everyone enough for the support over a crazy two years. This is just the start.

We are excited to welcome Shae to our team of strength and conditioning coaches this week. From going through her ACL rehab journey as a client with us, to now being part of the team! Right from the start Shae impressed with her willingness to learn, attention to detail and hard work, which also sees her now training for her first half Ironman! With a strong sporting background in football and six years of experience in the fitness industry, Shaelyn has developed a strong passion for strength and conditioning and helping people become stronger, more confident and capable in their training.

Having experienced sporting injuries herself, Shaelyn understands the physical and mental challenges that come with injury and the process of working your way back. This has driven her passion for helping others rebuild their strength, confidence and performance, and come back stronger than before.

Shaelyn takes a personalised approach to training, focusing on building strength, performance and long-term results while helping people enjoy the process along the way.
