A view my eyes could never believe!
On the second day of my Indonesian trip, I took a boat from Sanur Port Bali to Nusa Penida Island, a 45 minutes long journey across the sea. With only a week to explore, I was determined to cover as much beautiful places as possible before heading back to Doha, so I hurried to rent a scooter as soon as i land in the island, after a thrilling ride through the island’s busy roads, I reached the viewpoint at the perfect moment, despite the rush, the freedom of riding through traffic on my rented 150cc scooter was satisfying.

My good friend Camelia who lives in Jakarta which is almost 1200 kilometers away from Bali kept in touch with me through whatsapp offering advice to ensure my safety, While I appreciated her concern, I had different plans, against her advice to hire a tour guide and travel by their car I opted for the solo rental scooter ride with my backpack and luggage tied up. If i had tried to book a hotel and secure my luggage there i could have missed the sunset at the viewpoint, so I made the climb with everything in tow. I sat and enjoyed the breathtaking view, feeling proud that i made it! As a forever memory to my Indonesian trip i wanted photos from these beautiful places, i asked people to help me take photos and i helped many with their photos as well !

From this angle, the rocks resemble a T-Rex Dinosaur with its mouth open as if it’s about to drink water, once you notice it you can’t unsee it 🦖 also look at the monkeys bullying the dog and making it run pointlessly after them. This scene clearly shows that monkeys rule some parts of the island 🤣

Snorkeling at Nusa Lembongan Island🇮🇩
Bargained with some local fishermen and skipped the fancy tour packages to save money. It was my first time snorkeling, so the gopro shots didn’t turn out great but the experience was absolutely worth it 🤿
Maybe next time, I’ll take better pictures and hopefully be dancing with turtles 🐢🙂 taken in Nusa Lambongan Island, Indonesia. by @j7seem
