Thinking about your next break away? Why not try our beautiful shepherd's hut tucked away in the Durham Dales? The setting is very peaceful with views over open fields and countryside. Just sit and watch the wildlife go by, we're surrounded by deer, barn owls, buzzards, badgers and so much more!
We're just a stones throw away from the River Wear with plenty of walks from the doorstep.
Hamsterley Forest is a short drive or walk away, and there are lots of other lovely places to visit, including Raby Castle, Park and Gardens, Auckland Palace, Bowes Museum and Locomotion.
We're also dog friendly too!
So what are you waiting for?! For more information and availability check us out via our website...

Thinking of a little Autumn break? 🍂🎃
Sycamore shepherd's hut is nestled in the countryside with views of open fields, wild flowers and trees.
As you're relaxing and unwinding you might see our resident barn owls swooping past or the deer elegantly jumping through the grass.
Sounds idyllic? That's because it is!
