Somehow, @j9sw0rld keeps getting FASTER. by @j9sw0rld

BLAZING speed on Superteam burpees by @j9sw0rld . The Superteam was a collection of players from 3 different teams. Hurricane Milton stopped many players from being able to make the trip to Vegas to play in the matches last weekend. The @fortlauderdalelions , @orlandoaces , and @tampabaybrigade were left with too few players to compete. They were combined to play as the Superteam in matches that had significantly less value than matches in which full teams compete, but were still had some meaning. There was no less competitiveness and there were some great matches. Watch the livestreams on YouTube now. by @j9sw0rld

A legendary moment of two powerhouses (and great friends) going head to head. by @j9sw0rld

To the love of my life✨️

Welcome to the 40 club! To be able to watch you close out your last chapter and walk into this new era has been so rewarding, and I will forever be your biggest fan and supporter in everything you do. Seeing how much you pour into others and looking to build our communities for the better makes me realize how blessed we all are because you are in our lives. So to my bug fearing, booty short wearing, jeep+duck enthusiast, burpee queen, road rage mouth, lovable but secretive Scorpio, Soul of The Grid and my Soulmate... HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my piece of peace. I love you and can't wait to continue to celebrate you and see what you conquer this decade!

Congrats to @j9sw0rld of the Fort Lauderdale Lions and @daltonthemarkowich of the UGL camera crew, the 2026 co-winners of the Soul of the Grid League. They had a tie in the votes so we split the award between the two!

The Soul of the Grid League is an award voted on by the teams and staff in the League, following all other award voting rules. The ballot defines it as the person who most exemplifies a positive influence on the League and the perpetuation of the sport of GRID, someone you are proud of as a representative of this sport. Janine and Dalton tied with 4 votes each.

The voting process:

Each team gets up to 5 votes made by team leaders as selected by head coach and/or owner. League gets 5 votes from League officials. by @j9sw0rld

🏆 INAUGURAL PLAYER AWARD: THE SOUL OF THE GRID 🏆

A HUGE shoutout to our very own Coach J9 — Janine Stallings! 🦁🔥

Janine helped her team, @fortlauderdalelions , battle through today’s playoff championships — and now she’s officially the first-ever recipient of the @unitedgridleague Soul of the GRID Award. 👑

And honestly… if you know J9, you know why.

She’s not just the Soul of the GRID.

She’s the Soul of JCFit. ❤️

We’re beyond proud and excited to watch Janine continue to share her shine with the world.

Unfortunately, we can’t keep her all to ourselves here in Jersey. 😂
But there’s no way we’re holding her back from the world. 🌎

She ALWAYS brings a vibe.
Even when we’re dying on the floor at JCFit. 😮‍💨
She’s still ready to have a good time.

And because one source of chaos wasn’t enough, she brought backup:

Coach Taylar. ⚡️

Energy? ✔️
Good vibes? ✔️
Snow day shenanigans? ✔️
Keeping J9 fueled? Absolutely. 😂

At this point, we’ve basically created The Stallings — aka Tay9. 😎

Congratulations to Janine & Taylar on everything you’ve accomplished in GRID League — on and off the GRID.

Keep sharing that shine.
Keep bringing the energy.
And keep being unapologetically YOU.

JCFit is proud of you both! ❤️🔥

Some days the hardest part is just getting the work in.

But I've learned that strength isn't about the days you feel unstoppable. It's about the days you show up when everything in you says stay home. That's where this season was built.

And I never built it alone. My teammates, coaches, mentors, friends, and family are the reason I keep showing up, and the reason I'm lining up alongside a pride who chase big things and don't quit.🦁

The championship moment is loud. The work that earned it is quiet.

Checking in.... yay!

@sportspecificpower had me take 145 for a whirl today.

It was nice.
@taylarmade approved.

I think it was the house music.
Or maybe I'm getting stronger. 😜

Thank you for watching.

Have a beautiful day! 🫶🏾

Jersey remixed this little leaf taco bowl idea the other day 😋

The @unitedgridleague season is ramping up and I'm fully locked in for Dallas to throwdown with my @fortlauderdalelions family.

I'm often asked, "What do you eat in a day?" Well...

@taylarmade and I recently hopped on a @littleleaffarms wave and we're loving it! Greenhouse-grown, no pesticides, and honestly the crispiest lettuce we've used. Makes a bowl like this hit different.

Drizzled it in @proteinfueledfood golden goddess citrus honey vinaigrette, washed it down with a watermelon lime @drinkolipop 😉

Now who wants to come over for dinner? 👀🥬😜 by @j9sw0rld
