This one means everything 🩷⚾️

With great pride — I’m beyond honored to officially welcome Amira Hondras @amiraahondras as the first-ever NIL athlete signed to @blackbaseballmedia

@amiraahondras isn’t just a standout on the field — she’s a barrier breaker, becoming the first woman to ever record a hit in the Double Duty Classic at White Sox Park. Her presence in this game is powerful. Her performance is history. And her future is limitless.

When we started BBM, the mission was clear: build a platform where Black athletes — especially our young ones — could be seen and celebrated. We knew NIL was more than a buzzword. It was a pathway. And I’m grateful our team was in a position to create one for Amira.

To the Hondras family @jayscony @reeshecup — thank you for believing in us. Thank you for trusting this vision. You didn’t just say yes, you said, “let’s build something.” And we will.

To Amira — you earned this. We just got the privilege of putting the paperwork behind your power.
