Well, this is actually the last post, was supposed to be the second, but instagram doesn't think police takedowns are cool, so it didn't go through. Had to remove the image in order to upload, but enjoy these police from Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

Last batch for tonight, I hope you guys had a safe and amazing Halloween this year. Again, this is downtown Milwaukee, I edited this half asleep, but I hope you guys enjoy :) Let me know what you guys think in the comments which is your favorite pic.

I felt like this deserved it's own post. Caught an ambulance going by downtown Milwaukee, seems like there was some roads blocked down for Halloween. My work definitely needs to be improved, but from going from an absolute blurry shot of trying to capture cars passing by to this, I am proud of myself. by @j_ess.films

Learning to shoot S-Log 3. What are the benefits of shooting Log? Any tips or any guidance anyone can offer? Enjoy the clip of Penny. I am shooting on the ZV-E10 ii. I also shot 30 FPS. Maybe I do see a little noise in the last clip. 😭

Guess you can say I am handling it well. Getting separated from the military because my Commanding Officer didn't like me denying NJP, can't win his case in court martial so the chance for him to succeed and get his way is to separate me with less than 10 months left on my contract. It's difficult to deal with knowing that you can't do anything to stop it from happening. When you join, you either get the best unit or the worst unit. Unfortunately, I got stuck with a horrible unit, crappy leadership, toxic environment, you can interview over 50 people at my unit and they will tell you they are having a horrible time.
Somebody come fix this unit, before this happens to anyone else, and remember stand up for yourself, don't let someone scare you into accepting an NJP. If you know you have a solid case, fight it no matter the outcome. by @j_ess.films
