After working with over 100 clients
And watching hundreds more work their asses off with GOOD TRAINERS for weeks just to give up because the scale never changed.

If that sounds like you, it’s not because you’re lazy. It’s not because you have a discipline problem or bad genetics.

You’ve never had a system to show you the whole story of what’s happening beyond the scale. The REBUILT 28-day challenge is designed to do one thing.

Give you the controls to your health and a way to track them and test your progress as you go. I’ve built an app called the Metabolic Rebuild System where everything is customized for each client’s goals and fitness level and tracked as we go.

REBUILT is 28 days of proof. Five checks a day, scored in my app. Five markers on Day 1, the same five on Day 28, one report on Day 29 showing what actually moved.

Oct 18 to Nov 15. 28 days to lock in, Only $79!

Where my athletes at…I’m calling yall out
Could you do this in less than 10 tries? by @j_holmes9

Another session, another set of receipts.

Incline press. Lunges. Lateral raises. Carries. Every rep logged in the app, every rep coached in person. She doesn't guess what the work did. She knows.

That's the difference between working out and training.

What does your grind say about you?

She didn't show up chasing motivation. She showed up, did the work, and left with receipts.

No guessing. Just progression.

Do you think you could make it up there? by @j_holmes9

What Does Your Grind Say About You? 🫵🏽

If you’re a hard worker, serious about making real changes to your health and fitness but you are stuck in a cycle of highs and lows… working out hard then hardly working out

If you know that you can put in the work, you’ve done it before, but are struggling to get back to the person that you know you are. you don’t have an effort problem, you’re not lazy. You don’t have a system that’s made for you and your goals!

Your identity and lifestyle are not aligned to your game plan and you’re leaving food on the table.

Here’s the truth we all know but A lot of trainers don’t say out loud. This shit only works if you do! Motivation fades quick and you need a strong reason to push through when it’s rough!

That’s why identity plays such a strong role in any type of real changes. Everything we do in life is a down stream effect of the person we believe we are…or are becoming!

If that sounds like you DM me or Comment “💪” to get dm with more details !

And this brings me to something else Justin and I believe:

What actually makes somebody an athlete?

I don’t think being an athlete begins with having a jersey, playing professionally, or even competing in an organized sport.

At its simplest, an athlete is someone developing the physical ability to produce force, absorb force, coordinate movement, and adapt to different demands.

That’s capacity.
That’s biomechanics.
That’s synchronization.

And those qualities can be trained. Obviously, genetics, age, health, and physical limitations affect everybody differently. Not everyone is going to become an NFL player, run a 4.4, or jump 40 inches.
But athleticism doesn’t have to mean elite athleticism.

If Jesus has given you a capable body, there’s an opportunity to steward that body and develop the capacity He’s given you.

Scripture says, “You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

So training doesn’t have to be about worshiping your physique or proving how athletic you are. It can actually become an act of stewardship.

Can I become stronger for…?
Can I move better…?
Can I become more coordinated..?
Can I build greater physical capacity so that this body is prepared to serve, work, play with my children, help somebody else, and do whatever God calls me to do?

You don’t need to be a professional athlete to train athletically.
You can simply take what God has entrusted to you and develop it faithfully.
Because the goal isn’t for everybody to become an elite athlete.

The goal is to faithfully steward whatever capacity God has given you.

S/O to my sis @_ayannag_ for volunteering to help us 🎥 (you really type nice with it 😂🙏🏿)
