SPEED IS POWER

Speed isn’t just about how fast you can run. It’s about how efficiently you move.

Today’s session focused on:
💥 Explosive power through plyometrics
🏃🏽‍♂️ Proper sprint mechanics
🔥 Acceleration and first-step explosiveness
💪🏽 Building power through resisted sled work

Every rep has a purpose. Every detail matters. We’re building athletes who don’t just move fast — they move with POWER, PURPOSE, and CONFIDENCE.

Consistent practice makes improvement.

THE GAME IS MORE THAN SPEED. 🏈

It’s about skills. Agility. Football IQ. Confidence. Discipline. Preparation.

That’s exactly why we’re excited to partner with Jeremy Langford to help develop the next generation of football athletes right here at D1 Training Novi.

Jeremy doesn’t just show up and run drills. He pours into these athletes — teaching them how to move, think, compete, and prepare for the game at a higher level.

Because every athlete deserves someone in their corner who sees more in them… and helps bring it out.

🎥 Hear directly from Jeremy about what he’ll be bringing to the athletes.

If your athlete is serious about football, let’s get them in the room. The work starts before the lights come on. 🏈🔥

Speed isn’t built on game day—it’s built one rep at a time. 💨🏈

Today’s running back speed session:
✅ 6 × 10-yard hill sprints
✅ 4 × 20-yard hill sprints
✅ 4 × 20-yard shuffle sprints
✅ 4 × 10-yard acceleration sprints

Every rep focused on explosive starts, powerful knee drive, and finishing through the line. Small improvements every session lead to big results on Friday nights.

🏈 Great running backs aren’t just fast—they know when to accelerate and when to slow down under control.

Today’s focus:
👣 Quick jump cuts
⚡ Violent foot plants
🛑 Deceleration and body control
💨 Exploding out of every cut

The ability to stop, redirect, and burst is what creates missed tackles and big plays.

Master the fundamentals. Trust your footwork. Finish every rep with speed.
