What a grind!
2 weeks of hard hunting and we were finally able to put the pieces together. Snuck in on this guy bedded and waited for him to stand for a shot.

Austin was able to get everything on film so keep watch for that on the @whiskeywildoutdoors YouTube channel.

Could not be more thankful for the time chasing these goats!

These Colorado birds have been giving me the run around this year. But @grant__gechter found a dumb one for me. The .410 does it again!

Now we wait on September.

If you haven't watched the full video go check out our YouTube channel (Link in Bio). 7 Mile Bull is one of our hardest hunts we've been on. Fighting tough terrain, rain storms. hail storms, and bulls that didn't want to cooperate we still managed to get a 6x7 on the ground. by @j_leimbach

Here he is! My 2024 New Mexico bull. Can't thank my brother Austin enough! It was a brutal few days in the backcountry, with rain, hail, wind, 1000s of feet of elevation loss and gain, and heavy packs we were finally able to connect on this bull. Austin was able to catch it all on film so be sure to check @whiskeywildoutdoors for when that video drops!

Kicking off 2024 season the right way. Was lucky enough to get in range of this guy.
