Today is an unusual day at my house. First happy mother's day to everyone and to my mom in heaven who is now celebrating with dad again. But I want to say a special hapoy mothers day to my wife. Being a bonus mom is such a thankless endeavor. She helped me raise my children while receiving none of the usual accolades received for mothers. She loved my children as her own and received little to no acknowledgement for her acts of love and service. This is typically true of most bonus mothers. Jessica Pruitt I see you and I appreciate you for so much more than I could express with mere words. Thank you for the amazing woman you are and for all you love and help in this life. My best friend right here! The man who showed me, through action and being present what authentic manhood is all about as well as being an incredible father and patriarch of our family. Although I will never be as amazing as he is, he has laid out the path for all the men in our family and is leaving an incredible legacy! We love you daddy! But they care about the kids right? Take the money and change the tax code / system if you want, but be clear they are coming after the folks in the middle like they always do. And is this why the IRS was buying all that ammo the last couple years? by @j_wespruitt
