She was tired, frustrated, and just NOT feeling like herself.

Then she decided it was time to make a change! 🙌🏼

She started a simple wellness routine and stayed CONSISTENT!

Now, at 50, she’s feeling stronger, has more energy, and is more confident than she has been in YEARS! 💚

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to START!

Ready to feel like YOU again? Drop a 💚 by @j_will2015

Squeezing out the last of this
beautiful fall weather and I even convinced this guy to hit the trail with me. 😍 by @j_will2015

POV: They stopped blaming her age.

They found products to help with inflammation, energy, mood, body fat, and their daily vitamins and minerals.

They didn't need another diet...
They needed support for her body.

Three products.
One simple routine.
Consistency and time.

I'm looking for 6 people who want to test this stack with me.

You'll get $15 cash back for it.

Comment TESTER and I'll send the details 💛 by @j_will2015

I love that there are products for the whole family! Just take a look at what Heather shared about her son’s experience in our customer group, The Daily Sip Community ✨

“💚 I HAVE TO SHARE A PERSONAL MOM WIN!! 💚

Y’all, I have to brag on Isaiah (my 10 year old son) for a minute AND share something that has made such a difference for us!

For a while, Isaiah was struggling with staying focused in class. His teachers were having to redirect him more times than they should, and when it came to tests, he was rushing through them instead of slowing down and really thinking about his answers.

The frustrating part? HE KNEW THE INFORMATION! He just wasn’t taking his time or staying focused long enough to show what he actually knew.

🌿 Insert Bravenly Kids Calm!🌿

We’ve been incorporating Kids Calm into his routine, and I just received messages from BOTH of his teachers saying they’ve noticed a HUGE improvement over the last month!

💚 His behavior in class has improved!

💚 He’s needing less redirection!

💚 He’s slowing down and taking his time!

💚 And his GRADES are reflecting it!!

As a mom, there is seriously no better feeling than getting messages like that from your child’s teachers!

Now, I know there can be several things that contribute to changes like this, but I’m so thankful for the progress we’re seeing and SO proud of Isaiah!” by @j_will2015

Because “oh well” is much usually much easier to life with than “what if”. by @j_will2015

I bet you didn’t know my hubby is a comedian 🫣

Seriously though… Aaron joined the hubby mustache club and my sister shared a photo in the family chat and this is what Matt comes up with.

It looks like the “club” is officially in season. Tom Selleck is shaking, Goose is saluting, and I’m over here wondering if “Grow ‘em out” is a challenge or a threat. 😂 by @j_will2015

The flag football banquet was last night and of course I didn’t get through the night without shedding a few tears. Coach Clark had some amazing things to say about our girl and her leadership, efforts to always be good teammate and her role as 1 of the 3 “founding mothers”.

I’m really going to miss this sport and I’m thankful EN was one of the first wave of schools to offer it. 💙🏈💛 by @j_will2015

I took my first mahjong lesson yesterday…

Now I’m looking up tile sets.
And checking who’s free Thursday.

We had two mini dates together this week & that is a recent record for us.😍

With both kids now driving & Elli heading off to college next year, we’ve realized it's soon going to be the two of us again.

For years, kids' schedules ran the show.
Practices. Games. Rides. Etc

And let's be honest... it was easy to put us on the back burner. And we often did.

But with the kids’ needs changing
we’re spending more time dating each other again.

Dinners out. Conversations that don’t mainly revolve around logistics and schedules. And in a few weeks, we're taking a trip just the two of us which hasn’t happened in a couple of years.

It's a little bittersweet, but I'm really loving this next chapter with my guy. 🫶🏻 by @j_will2015

If you think I started taking berberine for weight loss or because it's "trending"...

I didn't.

As a survivor, I'm focused on metabolic health and supporting my terrain.

That means blood sugar.
That means the daily habits that keep my body steady.

Research links metabolic health and blood sugar to long term health, and that matters to me.

Not extremes... just steady, daily habits and choices.

So berberine is one small piece of my routine.

It doesn't replace the basics.
It goes alongside them.

Over the last several years, I've been digging into naturopathic and integrative oncology and survivorship... books, podcasts, and survivor experiences.

I'm just here trying to implement what I'm learning.

This is just a piece of the puzzle that also includes
Exercise.
Nutrition.
Sleep I protect.
Follow up care I keep showing up for.

Like always, this is me just sharing my experience and trying to give my body its best shot by continuing to lean into steady habits. 🫶🏻 by @j_will2015

If you think leadership is having it all figured out…
Watch my sister. 👀

Kelly Pence is one of the top 40 leaders who grew their business the most in two select areas during the retreat qualification period.
Out of thousands of people, she EARNED her seat.

But here's what I'm most proud of.
She actually decided to go.
Because there was a moment when she questioned if she should. 🫣

Walking into a room full of strong women, most you haven't met in person yet?
That's intimidating.
That's a stretch.
And that’s where growth happens.

Kelly is proving to herself, and everyone watching…

You don't need to feel ready.
You don't need to know everyone.
You don't need to feel like you have it all together.
You simply need to do, or in this case GO!

These 3 days in Gatlinburg are going to be FULL of growth, fun, community, and leadership development.
I know she'll come home with a renewed passion and lots to share.

And if you know Kelly, you know she isn't just building a business…
She's building a team and building other leaders because helping others is who she is.

Kelly, I'm so proud of you.
Soak it all in. 🤍 by @j_will2015
