POSTS STORIES REELS

A full circle moment happened tonight and brought me so many tears!!!!

Limoncello, a beverage package design by me; received two awards for the evening! One category for a Silver Advertising Award. And one award for the Student Judges Top Pick award! 🥈

From being in shock of winning two awards…I cried because this small town girl would have never thought any of this was even possible. That art kid would have never dreamed of the accomplishments God has allowed me to step into now in my career as a graphic designer and I will be forever grateful.

So thankful for the amazing designers, friends, and community that made me feel so special tonight!!! Love it here!

Thank you Abba ❤️ by @ja.da.___g

Officially a UCF Alumni! ⚔️ With a Bachelor’s in Emerging Media: Graphic Design!

Moved to Orlando with no purpose, lose of identity, wasn’t sure what was going to happen. My first thought was “I need to get a high paying job and get some kind of degree.”

Glory to God for redirecting my steps and showing out in ways I never believed where possible for a small town girl like me. The most treasure of pursuring my Bachelor’s degree in the last 4 years, is that I met Jesus Christ. I thank God I have a helper who guided me in my early twenties, while managing life’s craziness.

I had so many other back up plans, trials, and lots of almost giving up all together. But, Jesus had other plans. They way he has provided for me to obtain a degree in a career that I truly love is a blessing!!!!

Let this encourage you to let God do the work. In the unknown still wait on him. If God is silent, their is still work that you just don’t see. If it makes no sense let God lead; because his promise over our lives do not go in vain.

“Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.” Proverbs 16:3

We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.” Proverbs‬ ‭16‬:‭9

Yesterday was Pentecost Sunday so this piece is in honor of the Holy Spirit.

I remember the same year in 2024 was my first time redevoting my life to Christ. I wore white, not even of my choice, but it reminded me of how intentional and how real God is. The importance of inviting him into everything.

These graphics were completely made in adobe photoshop. No generative ai, just masking shadows, clipping items out, applying different layers, and creativity from the Holy Spirit!

God is FOR ME. Who can be against me?!

“For the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the LORD will possess the land.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭37‬:‭9‬

A wilderness season just means to fall into God more deeper than ever.

Felt like a church girl at heart today 🤎🤍

Season: I ran back into God’s arms again, and he refilled my cup! 🤍

May the things of God never become normal to me‼️ I will fall back in love with Jesus all over again until my very last breath!

“The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again.
‭‭Proverbs 24:16

“Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭100‬:‭3‬

O to be undone by God!!! Do you know how much it is to be thought of by someone who created the heavens and the earth?? by @ja.da.___g

“She is energetic and strong, a hard worker.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭31‬:‭17‬

I’m literally the embodiment of being a daughter of Christ!

To God, all be the glory for why I’m even here right now and making another year! 🙏🏾 by @ja.da.___g

Theme song of the season is Psalms 139:14 ✝️

Grateful for a father who knows me inside and out; full of compassion and everlasting love!

“Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered!”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭139‬:‭14‬, ‭17‬ ‭ by @ja.da.___g

Lately, the Lord has been teaching me the importance of honoring him in my creativity. Not only do I have the privilege of working in a field I adore, but it’s so much better knowing who got me here in the first place.

To all my creatives; whether you’re a believer or not. Your creativity is worship! I firmly believe my praise and worship comes through my work as well.

There are so many projects, and opportunities in the past year that I don’t even know how or why. Which is where the Lord receives all the glory; because all credentials of my life are in his name and belong to him. He will always be the writer of my story!

Made this design for the header over my life🥰

“Yes, you should rejoice, and I will share your joy.”

Remaining joyous and content. Always🙂‍↔️💕 by @ja.da.___g

Lately in this past season I’ve been learning quite a lot from God… I feel like as a 24 year old it’s so different managing your life with full dependency on God, and I’m grateful I’m no longer trying to get through this life without him because he makes things so much greater 🙏🏾

.
Mainly I wanted to point out that full obedience to God can be uncomfortable at times, but also being grateful for the surrender of old habbits and submitting yourself to God by letting him take lead is what I’ve been learning A LOT lately.
Needless to say I felt like Jonah for a while when God told me to trust him in a newer capacity. Any form of public speaking or giving a word was intimidating for me. But he showed me how rich his character is in mercy, because the delay in me giving my full yes to him was crazy ya’ll.

I pray that you take from this that our callings requires full obedience to God. It’s not about us; (but for the glory of God) don’t sit in convenience when giving your yes could be someone’s breakthrough/ salvation.

So if the Lord put it on your heart to post an encouraging word; or reach out to your bishop with his wisdom; intercede for your brother or sister in Christ; give your yes to God and have faith 💕

Thankful for community and what God is doing🙏🏾 by @ja.da.___g

'Jehovah Jireh', 2024.

Trusting the vision of God's purpose for you while knowing he provides for all of our needs to fulfill the purpose he intended for us.

I can definitely testify and tell you this was me choosing my career path in the art industry. I remember at 19 years old. I had a deep passion for creating, but no vision as to what or how I could make a living off of creating. My faith wasn't solid with God fully, so I did art as a hobby while pursuing a certification to become a paramedic. Unfortunately covid hit while attending community college and I began to turn my hobby of painting into commissioned portraits for people in my hometown. At this time I started to have a little faith maybe I could take this serious and the Lord putting it on my heart to learn more about the field of graphic design. I had little interest about the field and the idea of learning about type scared me for a while. After doing research and taking a 2D fundamentals course by an amazing professor at Palm Beach State; (where I was introduced to adobe illustrator and photoshop) I learned that designing was something I actually loved. God did the rest from there.

I say all this to say please have faith even if you have no idea what your doing. Even when I didn't trust in God (let alone know him) and he was still guiding my steps and making my way in the last 4 to 5 years of my career.

Even if you have no interest in this man I talk about often in all my graphics all the time. I pray this encourages you and he guides your path :)
