Me: “I’m fine, I don’t need a massage.”
My shoulders: literally up by my ears 😭

Booked in at Yining Massage and honestly? Best decision of the week. Super relaxing, super cozy, and I’m pretty sure I left two inches taller. Go treat yourself, your back will thank you. 🤍

A little scalp care day 🫧💆🏻‍♀️

I’m always thinking about skincare and haircare, but honestly… scalp care is something I don’t pay enough attention to 👀

Tried a Head Spa this time and the whole experience was such a treat — from the scalp cleanse and wash to the massage and all those satisfying little steps in between.

And can we talk about how good a proper scalp massage feels?! 😮‍💨🤍

Nothing dramatic, just that super clean, fresh feeling when you walk out with your scalp and hair feeling taken care of ✨

Definitely one of those beauty treatments where I could easily fall asleep halfway through 😂

A new spot to add to your Toronto food list 👀🥢

Longjiang Braised Pork Trotter Rice 🍖🍚

If you love slow-braised pork with rich, savoury flavours, this is definitely worth putting on your radar. The pork is tender, flavourful and pairs perfectly with a bowl of rice.

We also got the Braised Pork Trotter Rice to try — because one pork dish clearly wasn’t enough 😂

📍 2/F, Langham Square, Toronto

Sometimes the simplest comfort food hits the spot. 🤎

$59 Specialised Massage in Scarborough 💆🏻‍♀️
📍 Inspire Wellness

A little escape from the Toronto rush ✨

Spent some time at Inspire Wellness in Scarborough for a specialised massage, and it was exactly the kind of reset I didn’t know I needed.

Sometimes self-care doesn’t have to be anything complicated — just an hour to slow down, switch off, and let yourself breathe.

Definitely one of those little moments that makes a busy week feel a bit lighter 🤍
