POSTS STORIES REELS

Four Objectives of Jackson Academy Strength and Conditioning:

1. Mastery of Movement: emphasis on quality of movement and required patterns for athletic development

2. Increased Durability: while complete injury prevention is impossible, we aim to increase the durability of our athletes through improved work capacity and fatigue management

3. Maximize Body Composition: increasing the amount of muscle and decreasing the amount of body fat is the number one way to improve athletic performance

4. Kids that Love the Training Process: we strive to be the most prepared and professional aspect of our athletes day, we want every athlete to love being apart of something and have an understanding that work=results
