@grammys 2026

I’ve never been in a room filled with people who were there for one reason only: love of music and love of the humans creating it. Every person in the audience was a creator, a friend or family member, or someone deeply connected to the music business. Different roles, same heartbeat. The energy in that room was unmistakable. When people gather around a shared reverence like that, something alchemical happens. The sound, the frequencies, the emotion moved through bodies and cells in a way that felt genuinely healing. Collective grief, joy, hope, and love all mingled together, creating a space where you could simply be and let yourself be moved, if you were willing to let it in.

Forever grateful to my partner, @jaaron_hi, for naming this vision long ago and speaking it into existence on a first date in a Brooklyn bar. Keep going, baby. by @jaaron_hi

📣 Deadline is 6p PST/ 9p EST tonight! Best of luck to all who entered!! 🙌🏾

The GRAMMY is music’s only peer-voted award — chosen by creators like me: artists, songwriters, producers, engineers, musicians, and composers.

🎶 Every vote helps shape GRAMMY history and will determine this year’s nominees, announced November 7.

📣 As members, we uphold the integrity of the process by voting solely on artistic and technical excellence. Let’s listen broadly, respect our peers, and vote responsibly. First round voting for the #GRAMMYs closes October 15. #SoundChoices #Vote4GRAMMYs by @jaaron_hi

What happens when creativity becomes your leadership compass?

In this deeply personal episode, I’m joined by my partner and love of my life, @jaaron_hi J. Aaron Boykin - vocalist, songwriter, actor, and producer whose artistry flows from pure authenticity.

We dive into how music became his first safe haven and continues to be his most powerful tool for healing and connection. From childhood tape recordings to global stages, Aaron’s journey is a masterclass in staying aligned with purpose.

His mantra: trust the process, stay open, and create from truth.

Whether you’re navigating growth or stepping into greater visibility, this conversation is a reminder that your creativity isn’t separate from your leadership - it IS your leadership.
