Good food brings people together.

For me, barbecue isn’t just about what comes off the grill. It’s about the whole experience.. preparing together, sharing ideas, working with fire and enjoying the moment.

I love putting care into every step. From getting the barbecue ready and preparing the ingredients to those final details before serving. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes together — but the goal stays the same: creating something people genuinely enjoy.

That combination of passion, teamwork and attention to detail is exactly what I want Mello Streetfood to represent.

And we’re only getting started.

The full barbecue menu will be available on the website soon.

On the 21st of May, we hosted a special edition of our Nexpace Neighbours Night, Cocktails Night, and we are so grateful to everyone who joined us and brought fresh energy, new perspectives, and such a warm atmosphere to the evening!

A special thank you goes to our partnering production team @bommel_visuals @mick.giesen and @maxvandenende for capturing the spirit of the night so beautifully and providing professional headshots for our guests’ LinkedIn profiles 📸

We also express immense gratitude to @jaarts.nl and his team for bringing such a unique cocktail experience to the evening and for making every guest feel welcomed through their creativity, energy, and exceptional drinks. We are already looking forward to welcoming them back so our guests can once again enjoy the Nexpace Special Cocktail and discover new signature creations 🍸

We would also like to thank @missscarlett.ams for the delicious finger food that completed the night perfectly!

To everyone who chose to spend their Thursday evening with us, thank you. Your presence made this event unforgettable!

Make sure to keep an eye open, as we are excited to announce our next event very soon!
