Glimpse of @tareynol_9 strength training sessions - if you want to be a PRO you got to train like one.

Tiff is so consistent in the weight room, it’s the reason why she is able to play multiple years as a pro at a high level 🏋️‍♀️

Year-round strength training is essential for basketball players to develop strength, power, and tissue capacity, while improving the body’s ability to tolerate the demands of sprinting, jumping, landing, and changing direction. Consistent training also supports injury risk reduction and long-term performance 💪🏽
