Tonight was SUCH A BLAST! 😂🙌🏾 I almost died… but guess what?! I MADE IT! 💀😂💪🏾

The pull-up finally pulled UP! 😂💪🏾🔥

My first unassisted pull-up! No assistance. just STRENGTH and consistency. If you would’ve told me a year ago to do a pull-up, I would’ve laughed in y’all’s faces and said, “NOPE!” 🤭😂

Actually, it was a GREAT workout! 🔥
🔥 Great cardio
🔥 Quads were WORKING overtime 😩
🔥 Definitely got my heart rate up
🔥 And yes… I had WAY too much fun doing it! 😂

Before i started Steinfitness i knew I wanted to help people, I just never knew how that would be. It’s amazing what can happen when you talk to god about ya dreams and let him lead the way! Yesterday was our 4th annual Team Stein appreciation even aka SteinFest and man what a turnout! Thank you to all that came and to those that couldn’t make it, don’t trip it’s still love! FULL CIRCLE. ❤️🏆

Watching my two coaches stand side by side on that stage today was such a surreal and beautiful moment. 🥹❤️

These two women have been such an important part of MY journey. They have helped me lose weight, build my body, become stronger, push past my limits, and believe in myself even on the days I doubted myself.

They didn’t just coach me—they supported me, encouraged me, challenged me, and helped me become a better version of myself. 💪🏽✨

And now, seeing them standing side by side on that same stage, representing, competing, and showing all their hard work… it honestly made me emotional. 🥹

I’ve watched them pour so much into me, and today I got to watch THEM shine. ✨

From helping me build my body to watching them build their own dreams—this is what full circle looks like. ❤️

I’m so proud of both of you! You inspire me more than you know. Keep shining, keep pushing, and keep showing us what dedication looks like. 👑🔥
