Updated "About Me"

Anthony Brownstead (b. 2002, Clovis, New Mexico) is a portrait and fine art photographer based in Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging at Ringling College of Art and Design, with plans to graduate in 2025. Drawing deeply from his personal experiences, Brownstead blends storytelling, fantasy, and emotional reflection to explore themes of identity, resilience, and imagination, often influenced by narratives like Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Alice in Wonderland. His work has been featured in three exhibitions at the Deborah M. Cooley Photography Center—Fashion in Frame, Luminous Energy, and Record/Reflect—where his evocative imagery demonstrated a powerful connection between fantasy and lived experience. With a strong passion for using photography to tell meaningful stories, Brownstead continues to push creative boundaries and evolve his artistic voice.
