Smoked a #brisket yesterday. Low and slow 12 hours in the offset smoker and finished it off for 8 hours in the roaster. Probably my best brisket ever. I also whipped up some smashed roasted #potatoes to go along with it. #YumO by @jac_deux

After working 8 hours...Returned a capacitor (that I'm glad I didn't need) , checked the soft start and AC to ensure it was running great. At 22.34 loading amps... I would say so! Started dinner, and downloaded Ted Lasso Season 4 all before Levi was home from school. Life hack... chop a used lemon up, save it in the freezer and now you can toss a couple pieces down your garbage disposal to make it smell so fresh and so clean. by @jac_deux

October 3rd was my 10 year work anniversary with @oceaneering! In those year's I've had the opportunity to work on several projects that help us continue to pioneer space exploration. One of the latest known to many has been #ArtemisII. I'm very thankful to work for a company that allows me to be there for my family and very I'm very thankful to work with such a wonderful group of people. Last week we were invited to be part the Artemis II Crew Celebration at @universityofhouston. I'm looking forward to many more years. #WeSolveTheUnsolvable by @jac_deux

A #ThrowbackThursday. With the new #LegendOfZelda #OcarinaOfTime coming out on the @nintendoamerica #Switch2, I pulled out my #N64 version and took a stroll down memory lane. This is my favorite game of all time, along with Halo. I remember when I got first job at 16, I went over to @toysrus and reserved it for $5. Every 2 weeks I'd go and add another $20 to my reservation. This was my first big purchase... lol! We don't have a Switch 2 and the kid shows no interest in one, so it's hard to justify the $600 for new version coming out. Sometimes I have to talk myself off the ledge. P.S. check out the old HL&P utility bill envelope that has my ocarina songs. by @jac_deux

Tomorrow I will be watching @avengers #EndgameEncore. I know it will hit me in the feels all over again seeing it in theaters. It will be different because Ivy and Levi did not want to tag along for this one. So they will not be there to go through the emotional roller-coaster with me, but I must endure! #Excelsior by @jac_deux

The latest addition to my #kick collection. I snagged these back in 02 and I wanted get 'em again because I always loved the silhouette. I remember in 6th grade, back in 93 @nameiserik had these. #Jordan9 now known as #SpaceJam9s #TuneSquad by @jac_deux

This #Arlo camera wouldn't charge. I disassembled it and found a pool of water. Cleaned it out and used my IPC skills to bring it back to life. C'mon @arlosmarthome gotta do a little better with the IP65 rating. by @jac_deux
