What an amazing, exhausting, and unforgettable weekend! From celebrating Juneteenth, to my son Jesaiah's 10th Birthday, to Father's Day—my heart is full and my body is tired! 😂💪🏿

Happy 10th Birthday to my son, Jesaiah! Welcome to the double digits, young man! 🎉🎂💪🏿

We threw him a Michael Jackson-themed birthday party, and we had an absolute ball—especially him. A lot of planning, time, and effort went into making it happen, but seeing his smile made it all worth it.

A special thank you to my sister for hosting the party. I truly don't know what I would have done without you. Thank you to everyone who helped, showed up, and played a part in making the day special. It really takes a village.

One thing that shocked me was how much these kids love Michael Jackson! His music is still connecting with a whole new generation. I was especially proud to see Jesaiah get out there and perform. For someone who doesn't usually dance in front of a crowd, he showed confidence and wasn't afraid. He did a great job for his first time—even if we need to tighten up a few moves next year 😂. The crowd loved it, and most importantly, he had fun.

Having your birthday fall on Father's Day is a gift in itself. Jesaiah, you are talented in so many ways—art, boxing, baseball, writing, academics, and more. You have a special light about you and a bright future ahead. The world is yours, young man. Go get it. I'll always be right here by your side. I love you. ❤️

To all the parents out there: I know it gets tough. Parenting, co-parenting, stress, sacrifices, and expenses can wear you down. But the greatest gift we can give our children is our time. Give them memories. Be present. Show up. One day you'll see all the love, lessons, and sacrifices reflected in the people they become.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. Keep showing up. Keep loving. Keep building memories.

Finally reached my goal weight for this year 💪🏾For all those trying to lose weight, get fit for the summer or in the gym trying to reach their physique goal, just take it day by day. Shout out to all the fitness coaches and gym influencers but honestly it all starts with "YOU" 🫵🏿wanting to do it. I just want to say "Thank you!" to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday yesterday.
I had a wonderful dinner with my sisters and my brother-in-law's at this amazing vegan restaurant lasnight.
