getting to headline @circuitmom ‘s take flight at @marketdayschicago with my babies @djtoyarmada and @imellielei was one of those nights i’m gonna remember for a long time. chicago showed up hard, and seeing that room packed from the booth was kind of insane.

thank you circuitmom, market days, and everyone who came out, danced, screamed, sweated, and gave us all of that energy back.

So honored to be part of “I’ll Fly With You / Volar Con Tu Luz” with my friends @jacedj and @djtoyarmada ✨

Not only are they incredibly talented DJs, but they also have the best energy and the biggest hearts. Finding people who are genuinely good humans and amazing at what they do is rare… and I’m so grateful I got to create this with them ❤️

I was also so happy to get to write and perform the Spanish version of this song and give it my own twist. Singing in Spanish always lets me connect deeper to the lyrics and really sing from the heart 🥹✨

a little perspective from my side of the booth.

sometimes one spot on a guest list leads to someone discovering a club, finding their people, or a conversation that turns into making music together. i think about that when i use mine.

and to everyone who buys a ticket and comes out to dance, i appreciate you. that support matters.

there are moments that remind you why you started doing this in the first place.

hearing @djleanh play music that @djtoyarmada and i made together was one of them.

i think it’s really important as a dj to occasionally get out from behind the decks and back onto the dance floor. hearing your colleagues play, watching how they build a room, experiencing music the way the crowd experiences it, and just letting yourself have fun gives you a completely different perspective.

there is always something to learn from other artists. nights like this give me new ideas, new inspiration, and help me continue refining my own skills and craft.

and then, of course, there’s the pretty incredible feeling of hearing someone you respect play something you created.

six years married to my best friend, my favorite person, and the one who makes every part of life better.
