two years of CHXX. WOW💗

two years of meeting inspiring women on the journey to becoming their most confident selves.

two years of falling flat on my face (literally and figuratively) and GRINDING to get back up.

two years of constant struggles and triumphs with this machine we call the human body.

two years of having women outwardly say that their disordered eating habits, body dysmorphia, and suicidal thoughts have ceased controlling their lives with the help of the CHXX community…

having an impact on someone means so much more when you understand their pain.

to the untrained eye, it’s just a group of women who throw around some weights (which is not completely false✨).

to me, though, it’s a turning of the tides of how women should NEVER feel shame for being confident, absolute badasses.

CHXX: a bigger than life dream turned into a thriving reality.

to my incredible support system — words could not begin to describe how lucky i am to learn and grow alongside you all.

What does enough mean to you?

For @jacibudreck of @chxxwholift, it comes down to one thing: trusting your gut.

Enough is having the capability to follow your instinct — the ability to walk away from something you know won’t benefit you in the long run… OR the ability to stay one more round and put up another fight.

Same instinct. Two different answers. Both are strength.

And being enough? It’s knowing that no external source can tell you differently.

Not the likes. Not the followers. Not the noise.

That’s the whole reason this show exists. 🎙️
