2023 ➡️ 2025

This didn’t happen overnight. It’s been two years of discipline, patience, emotional growth and showing up when no one was watching.

I’m proud of the strength I’ve built from the inside out.

consistency, motivation, always.

I still have a long way to go.. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @jacintasworld

5 exercises that actually grow your glutes 🍑

If your goal is real glute growth, skip the random trends and stick to these fundamentals:

1. Squats – Prioritize depth and tension, not ego lifting.

2. Single leg kickback machine – Great for isolating and correcting imbalances.

3. Hip abductions – Targets the glute medius for width and shape.

4. Romanian deadlifts – Builds the glute–hamstring connection with a deep stretch.

5. Hip thrusts – The most effective movement for overall glute strength and volume.

It’s not about how heavy you go, it’s about how intentional you train.
Progressive overload + good form = growth.
