TIME2CLUB curated by hiddenbehindmist (Vol. 1)
@hiddenbehindmist is kicking off the first curation of the Time2Club program.

Featuring live act Borokov Borokov from Belgium. A volatile mix of angular synth pop, work-incapacitated hi-NRG, krautrock with a double “t,” birthday-acid house, supra-Freudian elektrapunk, and multilingual lamentations.

Alongside DJs AwA, Jc_Offline b2b Siaga and Merky. Familiar faces from behind the bar getting behind the decks, and a b2b from the members of Rotterdam Digi-punk band “LS GATEKEEPERS”.

[FFO: Electro-punk, EBM, Jungle]

August 7
Friday 21:30 – 03:00

SYNC (2026)
<>
Full film-link in bio

Some stories are those that you work on forever. Others, are better left as they are-—and as they always have been.
The biggest of thanks and gratitudes to the wonderful actors and friends, @eager_laura and George Windle. Thanks-a-millions to analog wizard @hiddenbehindmist for his visual effects. Thank you to @jelle.visser08 ; whose music I heard and immediately knew the film couldn’t be without it. Thank you to everyone else who made this possible!
<>
Thanks especially to my friend and artist, @ivkeef for the amazing visualization of the film’s poster; it is precisely what the film itself had been looking for all along.
<>
Lastly, thank you to my friend @maryleatea whose ideas & inspirations were there since the beginning: the best producer, script-supervisor, editor, creative-mentor; and most importantly, my biggest supporter and motivator—This project could not have happened without you.

“A novella of three intertwined stories, held together by the senses.”
Over the last year i’ve published several short stories on my substack, all of which will form a collection of stories to be released soon. Thankyou to everyone who has read, commented, shared my previous work! All love to yall. That being said, i present to you, the 5th story—and the penultimate ending to the collection. Give it a read (linkinbio) and stay tuned for the final story

“J.H. Hopkinson is the luckiest person in the world, but when the success of his novel leads to a prestigious literary grant, inspiration halts and he must look outward for his next story, tossing him in a conspiratorial web of evil—of which he must now defeat.”

Happy to announce the release of my four-part horror novella, The Midnight Fang. By far the longest story i’ve written and the hardest. Shoutout to @ivkeef for the book cover design. Stay tuned for a hardcopy official publication, but for now—-Give it a read at https://open.substack.com/pub/awawrites/p/the-midnight-fang?r=417q0v&utm_medium=ios Or in via the link in bio. Many more to come—Much love, <> by @jacixp
