Incredibly fortunate and thankful to have run with and known so many amazing individuals here at LSU. I formed lifelong friendships, met my beautiful girlfriend, and made so many memories, all while chasing PRs. Thank you to all who were a part of it!

Enjoyed the journey just as much as the outcomes. Extremely grateful to have come back from injury this past year and achieved more than I could’ve asked for this season🙏🏻

Don’t you hate it when you step on a charger someone left laying around. Good thing coupling occurred between my withdrawal reflex and crossed extensor reflex. The withdrawal reflex triggers the withdrawal of my right foot when presented with a painful stimulus, as it flexes and contracts my flexor muscles. At the same time, the cross extensor reflex contracts the extensor muscles of my left leg on the opposite side. This offsets the withdrawal of my right leg and keeps me from falling by putting all my weight on my left leg.
