I met Peter Aykroyd when I first moved to Los Angeles back in 2004. He was like a big brother to me, and we had recently started talking again. He was always a kind and caring soul, who always looked out for me and remained my friend to the end. Even after so many people have turned their backs, he was still there and still listened and never judged me. I am gutted right now, I can't believe he's gone at only the age of 66.

Rest in Peace my dear friend, you were a one of a kind and a true creative genius
