2025 bodybuilding season has come to an end.

BNBF Scottish Qualifiers - 🥈
BNBF British Finals - 🥇

2 shows this year with great results in both. Second at the Scottish and first at the British in the junior category.

This season was a great one and I very much enjoyed being on stage. All the sweet potato meals, cardio sessions and starvation paid off 😂. Considering the fact I wasn’t planning to compete this year, I’m pretty happy with how things went.

I would love to progress to the World championships later this year, however sometimes life gets in the way. I will be back competing when I feel the time is right and take it as far as I can… but for now we relax, enjoy good food, get stronger, get bigger and enjoy living a normal life again.

Huge thanks to my coach @vicky_dfacpro for supporting me every step of the way from my conditioning to my posing to my diet. It’s been a pleasure.

Also a huge thanks to everyone who put up with my awful mood during prep 😂. It’s not easy being happy when you’re constantly hungry. by @jack_munt05

Venice/Dolomites 🇮🇹⛰️

Solo trip visiting both Venice (pit stop) and the Italian Alps, both amazing places.

God took his time on the Dolomites that’s for sure. Best views, scenery and hikes I’ve ever experienced. Genuinely felt like I was living in windows 10 wallpaper. taken in Dolomites, Italian Alps by @jack_munt05

Second place 🥈 out of five other competitors at the BNBF Scottish qualifiers in Juniors category with an invite to the British finals in September. Very happy with this result and a massive well done to the other competitors today.

Thank you to everyone who came to support me today, it means a lot. Thank you to @danemcgregornabbapro for the tips/advice today and for urging me to do the Nabba show in Australia a few months back as I likely wouldn’t have competed today. Also a huge thanks to @bnbf_official for having me today, it was a pleasure to compete.

Lastly I’d like to thank my coach @vicky_dfacpro for guiding me through this prep. None of this would’ve been possible without you.
