Matthew 28:19 says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.”
As Christian business owners, making disciples should be part of the mission behind our workplace platform.

Our employees, customers, prospects, vendors, and partners are all people God has placed within our sphere of influence.

I believe that there is not a better place to make disciples than in an environment the Lord has entrusted us to build.

Our businesses should not be platforms for our glory. They should instead be platforms for adding one more to the Kingdom of God.

It’s so easy for us to have selfish intentions with the business God has entrusted to us.

My encouragement today is to steer away from that and instead focus on the Great Commission that God has called us to! by @jack_sisson_

3.5 years ago, we started acquiring our own arbitrage deals.

Along the way, we got really good at one specific thing: finding and negotiating deals that actually cash flow.

Other investors noticed. New investors trying to break in. Seasoned investors who didn’t have time to hunt.

So we built a business around it.

Information is everywhere. Courses, YouTube, podcasts; you can learn the theory anywhere.

What’s actually hard is the deal itself: finding it, underwriting it, negotiating the lease. That’s the real barrier to entry.

Lack of identity might be the most dangerous place to be as a new business owner. When your business is missing its identity, you aren’t building a foundation for the future. Instead, you are trading a sustainable foundation for a temporary sale. I would say this is where most business owners get stuck.

Here’s what revenue and cash flow actually tell you.

Revenue tells you how well you’re running the property.

Cash flow tells you how well you’re running the business.

If you’re overspending on vendors, software, and unnecessary expenses, your revenue won’t matter nearly as much.
