Recent excurison on @voices_radio for @secretingredientparty. A selection of tripped out drum beats into chugging dance floor rhythms. Born out of a liminal state of existence. Can be found on YouTube and Soundcloud in bio for the full ride 🥁🙏 by @jack_wrenn__
Ever wonder what 250k+ records look like? Well now you know! Here’s some footage from a recent dig at @vinylminded.record.store in Cesena Italy. Having spent two days there deep in the crates and being very well looked after by Federico and the team. I was happy to come back home with a bag full of new wax with lots of rare white labels that I am looking forward to playing out. If you’re in the area definitely go check it out. Be sure to message in advance though as you cannot just rock up! More to come from Real World Digs soon 🪏🕳️ by @jack_wrenn__

Back on the decks after a hot minute this Saturday in Tunis 11pm-1am for @fantasytn_ x @areyoualienrecordings at @flo.tunis. After my personally fallow festival season I’m excited to share music once again. No records for this trip which is a first for me. And excited to unleash the digi bombs. Lots of new digs, old classics, vinyl rips and unreleased tracks from friends. Been soaking up the warm Tunisian culture for the past week with the excitement building. Thanks for the invite @zaidoun_aouina and see you in the dance 🥁🕳️🪄 by @jack_wrenn__

Back on the mind virus. A month off of Instagram. Fifteen days spent in silence meditating in the Himalayas of Himachal Pradesh. My final chapter in India before returning home to The Big Smoke. Whilst the world continues its fever dream, I feel genuinely fortunate to have carved out the time to go deep. Not as an escape, but as a recalibration. A turning inward to tend to the self, so that the outward expression, the love, the music, the presence, can all land with a little more clarity and a little less noise. Fifteen days of silence will show you exactly what’s living rent-free in your head. Not for the fainthearted but genuinely one of the most valuable things I’ve done. If anyone’s curious about silent retreats or just fancying a month off the grid, hmu. Happy to share my experience. And if you’re on the fence about a social detox just do it. You’ll thank yourself. The world will still be here when you get back. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your perspective... Good to be home. Friends, music, books and art doing their thing as always. Peace n love y’all 🙏🏽 by @jack_wrenn__
Southern Indian start of the year done. Special times with friends old and new as well as many memorable weeks on the road with my brother Charles. Can’t ask for a better start to the year. The journey continues in Jaipur 🇮🇳 by @jack_wrenn__

🇯🇵 special record show on @netilradio with @sodhabread by @jack_wrenn__
Back on the airwaves tomorrow 5-7pm on @netilradio with a Land Of The Rising Sun: Japan special 🇯🇵 with my dear @sodhabread. Since i first visited Japan back in 2018 I’ve been enamoured with the music that comes out of the country. I’ve pulled together all sorts for this show from Japanese rock, folk, psychedelic, jazz, dub, hip hop, disco through the party bits if we got the time. Ryan and I started out doing radio together back at Swansea uni back in 2010 with a show called Puffin Nuffin. 15 years later here are again gracing the airwaves 🫠 by @jack_wrenn__
