Before today’s celebrations begin, we’re taking a moment to revisit a beautiful day from earlier this year. Leah and Tom’s wedding was filled with timeless details, thoughtful touches and an understated elegance that carried through every part of the day. What began as a surprise 30th birthday turned into an even more memorable celebration, with Leah and Tom sharing their wedding day with those closest to them at Jacka Brothers Brewery. We’ve received their gallery, and every photograph is a reminder of how lovely it was to have them celebrate at Jacka Brothers Brewery. Thank you Leah + Tom. 🤍 Today, another love story unfolds here, and we’re reminded how fortunate we are to play a small part in so many special beginnings. All the best on your special day Mikaela + Ryan. We can’t wait to watch it all come together. ✨ 📖 It’s the people, the stories and the moments in between that make every celebration memorable here at Jacka Brothers Brewery. 📷 @bonniemcevoyphotography by @jackabrothersbrewery

The vision keeps growing & so do we. We’re delighted to welcome Mark to Jacka Brothers Brewery as our new Sous Chef, working alongside Executive Chef Gursu Mertel. With a shared passion for their craft, a drive to keep creating and a vision for the future of our bistro, we’re excited about what these two will bring to the kitchen. As our dining experience continues to evolve, so does our vision for what’s possible. ✨ Welcome to the team, Mark. We’re looking forward to what’s ahead. @gursumertel @primemarkk #JackaBrothersBrewery #MelroseSA #FlindersRanges #SeeSouthAustralia #SouthAustralianFood by @jackabrothersbrewery

Some days stay with you. Kelli & Keegan 🤍 Some weddings feel timeless without trying to be. Thoughtful details, beautiful surroundings and the kind of atmosphere that lets the day unfold naturally. At Jacka Brothers Brewery, a wedding is more than a setting. It’s exclusive access to our entire venue, as we close our business to the public and dedicate the space entirely to your celebration. Paired with boutique accommodation for your favourite people to stay a little longer, and exceptional food crafted by our Executive Chef, Gursu Mertel, it’s an experience designed to feel entirely your own. All set against the understated beauty of the country, where historic character meets considered details and modern comforts. A place to gather, celebrate and make it entirely your own. @km.squire & @keeganryansquire , thank you for letting us be part of your day.
