Happy Valentine’s Day to my favourite person. Nothing has made me happier than building our life together. You bring so much joy and laughter to my life, and no matter where we are you make it feel like home. Whether its home with the family, finding a new place to eat, or travelling - there’s no one I’d rather do it with than you. Thank you for everything you do, for who you are and for how fantastic you make life to live. I love you @rio_de_rios by @jackdharding

#AD What's better than a fresh, Canadian grown peach?
About 8 of them in this peach cobbler 😍

I've said this a few times now, but I LOVE the selection we have when it comes to Canadian produce. Can you believe that in the summer months of August, we can say that we grow peaches in our "backyard?" Whether you're a fan of juicy peaches that burst when you bite into them, or like them stewed down into a delicious peach cobbler, there is #NoWrongWayToEat.

#ad Canada is home to some of the best fresh produce in the world. We have beautiful fruits and vegetables available to us. Some of them are available year-round, and some are only around for a short time. This summer, I'm so excited for the fresh Canadian-grown blueberries available at @loblawson right now! The flavours are so bold and work in so many different ways! Whether you want to bake them into whoopie pies like me or want to have them in a smoothie or with your favourite protein- there is #NoWrongWayToEat. Another day of #30daysofcookies and another savoury cookie! Whipped up these olive Madelines this weekend to go with the #Superbowl spread!

Based on a @delish recipe, I was so happy with how these turned out! Easy to put together, easy to bake, and super easy to eat 🤩🤩🤩

Are you a savoury dessert fan? by @jackdharding

I LOVE a crinkle cookie- and these are really quite something. From @doriegreenspan Cookie Book (thanks for making me revisit it today @amy.bakestreet ). Moist, fudgey, and oh so good. These are definitely a decadent treat. #30daysofcookies by @jackdharding

What’s a better way to live on a Monday? Have some coconut jam sandwich cookies!

These are a total breeze, and from the @marthastewart cookie book. Some egg whites whipped up, sweetened coconut, and then spoon into tiny morsels. Bake, add some jam- done! That easy. Jam was from my last trip to @petitethuet

Happy Monday, and happy #30daysofcookies by @jackdharding

One of my favourite cookies is a ginger cookie. Soft, or as a ginger snap, they never disappoint. These little ginger cookies are from @marthastewart cookies book. The recipe make 96 (about a teaspoon of dough per cookie) so that’s your scale.

These are going to be my new go to!

Had to take a break from #30daysofcookies (was waiting for more flour to arrive). Made these today and I’m obsessed.

They’re from an old issue of @ricardocuisine magazine. They’re actually a take on those fun maple leaf cookies! I didn’t have a maple leaf cutter- so can these be pine trees? 😂😂

Filled with a salted caramel, and the others baking will get filled with frosting! by @jackdharding

And we’re back to regular scheduled programming with the #30DaysOfCookies. Today’s treat is from the MidWest Made book by @shaunasever

These oat cookies are so delicious- and they you dip them into the (super easy to make) frosting to finish them off!

Perfect for a midweek pick me up. by @jackdharding

It’s been a chilly one this weekend!

Decided to make these little cinnamon puff pastry cookies for today’s #30daysofcookies

Puff pastry, spread out onto a sugared work surface, covered in melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Rolled and sliced, and baked until puffy.

Still trying to get them to hold a bit better (practice) but pretty happy with how they turned out!
