Had some amazing nights in boxing but this has to be number 1. 2 national finals as an amateur and then 11th May 2019 being crowned English CHAMPION as a professional in a fight I had to go through hell physically and mentally in both the fight and training for it. Life lessons that I know how deep I can dig when need be in boxing or outside of it!!

What a feeling being back in there last night! 4th round stoppage win after a couple of knockdowns on the way. Good to score a stoppage win against a guy who rarely loses that way.

Huge thanks to @martin_murray_boxing and the work he has put in the past few months we got off a few things we had been working on over the past few months and as always there is alot to work on. Thanks to my brother for being in my corner with Martin @kieranflatley it was a great feeling having my brother in the corner 💙 also my very good mate soon to be British champion @jackmcgann9 for coming and helping me getting switched on before the fight and making me feel at home at the gym.

Was good to see my normal support along with some new support who always have my back no matter what. Can’t wait to see what 2024 has in store 👏 by @jackflatley__

FLATLEY BROTHERS BOXING ARE VERY EXCITED TO INTRODUCE… “🥊 THE CORNERSTONE PROJECT 🥊”

A new 12-week programme, in partnership with Maverick Stars Trust, created specifically to support children and young people with care experience, including those in foster care and adopted young people. Something very meaningful for us to give back to something very close to our hearts.

Through boxing, mentoring and life-skills education, we aim to help young people build:

- Confidence & fitness
- Confidence
- Focus & discipline
- Practical life skills; time management, money management, routine, the importance of a good diet
- Positive relationships

Will be starting over the coming months with a 40 minute boxing split with a 30 minute session on the above life skills.

If you are a foster carer, adoptive parent, social worker or organisation supporting a young person who could benefit, please get in touch.
