432lbs to 214lbs. This weekend, I stepped on stage at the Summer Shredding bodybuilding competition. 218lbs down! , I never imagined this moment. Every early morning, every workout, every meal, every setback, and every decision to keep going led here. This wasn’t about a trophy. It’s about becoming the man my wife deserves, the father my kids can look up to, and proving that no matter how far you’ve fallen, you can fight your way back. This is just the beginning.
