6o something and still showing up. 💪

This is what consistency, discipline, and making your health a priority looks like.

We’re training for more than aesthetics. We’re training for strength, longevity, confidence, and quality of life.

Your age is not your excuse. Take care of your body, stay consistent, and keep becoming the strongest version of yourself. 🤍 by @jacki_ifbbpro

Vulnerable post. Vulnerable pic.

I’ve been holding onto this photo for a while.

Is it too much? Should I share it publicly? What will people think of me? How will I be viewed?

All of those thoughts — and more — have gone through my mind.

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that if I share it with intention and tell my own story, then I’ve done my part.

To me, this is feminine POWER.

This is years of hard work, discipline, dedication, resilience, and holding myself accountable. It’s stepping into the best version of myself — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

And this isn’t just a photo of a woman who works out.

This is a woman whose body carried two babies and went through two C-sections.

A woman who raised two kids through some incredibly difficult seasons, many times feeling like she was doing it practically on her own.

A woman who started and built her own business while going through a divorce.

A woman who has had to rebuild, reinvent herself, get back up, and keep moving forward even when life looked nothing like she thought it would.

No, I’m not perfect, nor will I ever be.

But there is something incredibly powerful about expressing ourselves, owning who we are, and allowing women to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

And maybe one of the most important parts of all of this is the example I’m setting for my kids — to be strong, work hard, keep going, and never be afraid to become who you’re meant to be.

It’s okay to be confident.
It’s okay to be proud of your hard work.
It’s okay to take up space.
And it’s okay to celebrate the person you fought to become.

This isn’t for anyone else.

It’s for me.

And there’s power in that. 🤍

There are days motivation has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Some days you just need the right people around you. The ones who remind you who you are and help you keep going when your own drive feels a little quiet.

Relationships in this sport are everything. The people you meet and the connections you build become such a meaningful part of the journey.

Sometimes you just need the right person beside you to keep you showing up. 🤍 by @jacki_ifbbpro

THE 5AM’erz

These ladies are consistent and work so hard. They show up and work hard every time. So proud of them, and It is a pleasure to torture them every Friday at 5am. 😜

I have a couple of spots open in my 5am group. Let me know if you’re ready to work with some incredible ladies and put on some muscle 💪. #momsthatlift #strongwomen #womensupportingwomen #gymgirls by @jacki_ifbbpro
