I've always prided myself on being good with words, but when we lost our friend josh, I couldn't for the life of me explain what I was feeling. It was a combination of replaying all of the times he made us laugh with his witty humor, and all of the times I wish I spent getting to know him more. Words have always been my strong suit, but I've never poured as much love and time into something as I have my art. It's strange, but while I was painting josh- I felt like in a way, I was getting to spend more time with him.

Never forget that the world is brighter because of you- and that the impact you hold on all of those around you IS bigger than any combination of words.
