Amidst the chaos, uncertainty, almost cancelling our trip, aurora hunting failure and then snow and severe cloud cover, Mother Nature showed up.

And what a show it was! Right outside our cabin ! 3 nights in a row!

Forever grateful and in awe of God's creation🙏🏼 taken in Saariselka, Finland, North Pole by @jackiealo

Out of this world Sensory experience ! This interactive arts museum and immerserive installations was absolutely mind blowing and just transports you to another planet!

This 17K-square-meter space is the world’s largest digital art experience, featuring interactive installations that respond to movement, touch, and presence. The exhibition is divided into two main zones:

Dry Zone: Features artworks that change in real time in response to each visitor's presence.

Wet Zone: There are 6 wet zones which offer fluid-like digital environments that react to touch and motion.

Tips
* Take a change for the kids
* Wear shorts or leggings/pants that can be easily rolled up for the wet areas.
* Lockers are available at the entrance and at the start of the Wet Zone. They are provided free of charge but can easily be opened 🙈

* There's only one restroom each for Male/Females at the entrance so expect to queue up. There are more restrooms inside as well.
* Water dispensers are available by the restrooms.
* No strollers are allowed inside
* Wear flat-soled shoes.
* There's like a tiny cafe/ kiosk with water and chips etc
* We spent 2 hours there you can easily spend upto 3 hours there depending on the crowds.
* Book your tickets in advance online. @teamlab_phenomena
* Adults Aed. 150
Youth Ages 13-17 Aed.115
Child Ages 4 -12 Aed.50
Thought the prices were pretty reasonable for UAE standards.

Whilst the galleries were actually mind blowing there were maybe a few teething issues that took away from the overall experience.

We booked a specific time slot but it seemed they were letting anyone with tickets in.
It was very crowded and waiting times were like 30 minutes for some galleries .
Tip: Maybe trying visiting as soon as it opens at 10am and avoid the weekends if you can.

🐝 World Bee Day 🐝

Celebrating #worldbeeday with this tray inspired by the beautiful book " Kind Little Hands" written by Dubai's very own @kathyurbantales and illustrated by @sally_garland_illustration

This book tells the heartwarming story of Noah, a young boy who finds a tired bee on the streets of a busy city and sets out to help her. Through this simple act of kindness, the story highlights the importance of nature in urban environments and encourages young readers to be compassionate and responsible citizens.

Love that it includes the importance of bees in our world and also practical tips for helping wildlife, the book also supports Buglife’s conservation efforts to restore wildflower habitats.

You can get your hands on this lovely book

Absolutely love that now I just provide the sensory resources and the twins just create their own little Bee world.

If you'd like a mini Bee sensory play box please DM to order.🐝
