🇺🇸 Celebrating the Fourth of July at one of Atlanta’s most iconic waterfront restaurants at @raysontheriver ! ❤️🤍💙

Ray’s on the River went all out for America’s 250th Celebration, with live music, incredible food, festive cocktails, and the perfect sunset views along the Chattahoochee River. It was the ultimate way to celebrate Independence Day with friends and family.

If you’re looking for things to do in Atlanta, July 4th events, or one of the best restaurants in Atlanta with river views, Ray’s on the River should absolutely be on your list.

✨ And the celebrations aren’t over…

🌺 Next up: Riverside Hawaiian Luau
📅 August 22 | 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Expect tropical cocktails, island-inspired cuisine, live entertainment, and all the summer vibes. I’ll definitely be back!

Have you been to Ray’s on the River? Save this for your next Atlanta date night or special occasion!

You think you know, but you have no idea…

The last two years have tested me in ways I don’t even know how to put into words.
Losing my Auntie who I was closest to.
Watching my dad have multiple serious health scares (including losing consciousness twice, and me genuinely fearing we lost him).
And now… his recent Alzheimer’s diagnosis.

I also found love… and went through a really hard breakup.
Thankfully we’re still besties lol 🤍

I’ve been quiet on social media, and I’m not going to pretend it was just because I was “busy.”

I wasn’t okay.

Functional depression is real, and it’s invisible.
Smiling at work. Showing up. Looking normal.
But feeling completely empty inside.

Not happy. Not sad.
Just… emotionless.

I know so many of you can relate.

I’m proud of myself for fighting to find normal again. For pushing through seasons that felt impossible. For rebuilding my life quietly when no one could see what it took.

And I’m beyond grateful for the people who carried me through it.

My family, my friends, and especially the babies… my adorable niece and nephew. You have gotten me through the toughest of times more than you’ll ever know 🤍

And I’m even prouder to say I’m back.
I’m in the happiest place I’ve been in my adulthood.
I took a leap, aligned with my career, and I’m now with a company that feels like a dream.

Only up from here 🙏🏽

I’m excited to create again… freely.
No pressure. No performance. Just real.

And to anyone out there going through a tough time… I see you.
I’m always here if you need someone to talk to 🤍

So much love to you all ✨

Tumbling back into it—literally. 🤸🏽 Turns out I’m not a beginner after all! Four sessions in, and next stop: the floor. Excited to keep growing and evolving through May because it’s never too late to start (or restart) something you love. ✨ #AdultGymnastics #NeverTooLate #KeepGrowing taken in Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta - MJCCA by @jackiefarahdel
