POSTS STORIES REELS

A little peek behind the scenes ✨

Lots of touchy-feely samples, big ideas and some gorgeous projects taking shape, from a multi-storey residential home to contemporary architectural and commercial spaces.

For now, we’re tucked away in our little studio warehouse, immersed in selections, materials and the finer details that bring each space to life.

We look forward to sharing more with you in the new year. Until then, we’re enjoying the process, finding balance and making time for the little things along the way.

One of my favourite parts of the design process… bringing all the layers together.

There’s something so satisfying about seeing a palette take shape - layering beautiful fabrics, finishes, textures and tones until everything starts to feel just right.

For me, it’s always about creating a sense of warmth and balance, while making sure every selection works together and feels considered without being overdone.

These are the details that ultimately give a space its personality and make it feel beautifully resolved. 🤎

Creating beautiful spaces, one layer at a time.

Same same, but different ✨

Wayfinding in aged care is about so much more than signage. Thoughtfully designed colour zones and individually styled entrance areas can help residents recognise where they are and navigate their surroundings with greater ease and confidence.

For these four spaces, we created a sense of familiarity and cohesion while giving each area its own identity through colour, artwork and styling.

Distinctive visual cues, familiar elements and sensory diversity all play a part in creating environments that feel intuitive, welcoming and easy to recognise.

Beautiful spaces with purpose 🤍

A Moment Between Spaces 🤍

Open shelving creates a sense of separation without closing the room off - allowing light, views and conversation to flow through.

Layered with sculptural pieces, books and greenery, it becomes part of the story of the space rather than simply dividing it.

Thoughtful, functional and full of character.

The finishing touches are never just an afterthought.

It’s the bespoke pieces, art and carefully curated styling that bring a space to life and tell its story.

Without them, even the most beautiful design can feel unfinished.

Always leave room for styling 🤍

Outdoor spaces have a quiet way of bringing people together 🍃

It was a privilege to style these spaces at Summerset Cranbourne North, creating places for connection, relaxation and everyday enjoyment.

Thoughtful styling helps transform commercial environments into places that feel warm, familiar and welcoming. Every detail contributes to a sense of comfort, belonging and joy - because our seniors deserve spaces that don’t just support daily life, but enrich it.

Creating places that truly feel like home is, and always will be, the greatest privilege.

In the studio lately…

Material selections are where the story of a home begins. Thoughtfully chosen finishes, natural textures and layered tones come together to create a palette that feels warm, timeless and effortless.

It’s always exciting to see these early decisions become the foundation of a home with character, depth and a real sense of calm.

Looking forward to seeing this beautiful home come to life later this year.

Creating a warm and welcoming first impression begins at the entrance.

This reception space has been thoughtfully styled with a feature floral arrangement and carefully selected decor, bringing colour, comfort and a sense of home from the moment residents, families and visitors arrive.

It’s often the little details that help a space feel inviting, familiar and uplifting ✨

There’s something special about creating spaces where people feel comfortable, connected and at home 🤍

There is so much joy in creating environments where people can connect with friends and loved ones, relax, and enjoy life’s everyday moments. Thoughtfully designed spaces can bring comfort, purpose and a sense of belonging.

Seeing people genuinely enjoy and engage with the spaces I’ve helped create is what makes this work so meaningful - and why it never really feels like work at all.

A home is so much more than the walls around us. It holds our memories, our stories, and the moments that shape who we are.

In aged care, creating spaces that feel familiar, comforting and truly like home allows our seniors to feel safe, connected and themselves - surrounded by warmth, dignity and a sense of belonging.

A cosy chair, a hot cuppa, and a good book.

The perfect recipe for a peaceful day indoors. Take a moment to relax, unwind, and enjoy the comfort of home. Looking forward to a long weekend ahead 🤍 ☕️ by @jackiefyfe_interiors
