Thank you for the opportunity to perform with you again, @timowothy. As a child of immigrants, @wearesomebodysancestors performance resonated deeply with me because of how relatable the story felt in so many ways. Everyone brought something uniquely beautiful to the stage through their choreography and visuals - side note: not just the storytelling but transition ideas too were breath of fresh air. I’m grateful to have been part of it and thankful for another opportunity like this. @wearesomebodysancestors wearesomebodysancesters @_paoro @bowtiebilly @majordef @life.after.def #danceperformance #yetagain #childrenofimmigrants @atlaspacdc by @jackiesjkim

Trip back to Korea - part 1:
There are so many things I’d like to say but I’ll simply leave this first post with this.

If you haven’t seen your family for over n years, please go and do so (within healthy relationships and boundaries of course). It makes me so happy that my grandma has been alive after 21 years of me not seeing her but it tears me apart that I need to be away again shortly.

+ travel with someone that you can absolutely be flexible / vibe well no matter what the circumstances. Thank you @holly_tsuki34 for being that friend for this trip!

Side note - honorable mentions to the places I’ve been :
1. Oozy coffee - mint chocolate latte (highly recommend if you’re into mint chocolate chip like I am)
2. Olive Young - skincare, hair, etc
3. Some kbbq place in Gangnam - pork belly and beef (first meal)
4. Butter - cute stuff
5. Anana Studos - photoshoot
6. Myeongdong - shop, eat, cafe
7. Kakao friends - cute stuff
8. Grandma’s 🥺
