18 months 😤 Jack has made progress this year especially because he chose to workout every day and lock in at the gym. I’m a big advocate for training once and even twice a day and Jack has done exactly this 🙏

Here’s how he did it:

➡️ Gym 5-6 times a week, including several 1 hour + session sometimes, twice a day.
➡️ Averaging just over 16,000 steps a day
➡️ HIIT cardio 1-2 x a week with some running
➡️ Tracking all his macros religiously and prioritising protein, good carbs and water over everything else
➡️ No alcohol, (this is a huge thing for me and all my clients progress) he hasn’t had a drink since January 2024 and probably won’t ever again.

I’m so proud of Jack and the journey he’s taken. I see it every time I train with him. He’s happy, healthy and enjoying life thanks to the consistent changes he’s made to his exercise routine and nutrition.

So proud of you bro, can’t wait to see what changes me make if 2026. Biggest take away from this is just train hard.

Big shout out to @coachedby_adam _adam having training Jack for the first year. Full props to you bro you did amazing job with making jacks physique today and teaching him all the right things when it comes to training and nutrition.

First Hyrox done! So proud of the time we achieved together - 1:14:21! You could not ask for a better friend to compete with than @joshuabald. If you’d ask me even a year ago if I’d ever do something as crazy as this, I’d never have believed you. Shout out to @roar_pt for all his training and guidance too. Can’t wait to do it again soon! by @jacko_jackaroo
