Hundreds will apply. Only two will get the opportunity. Today, the search begins for the next apprentice at Colucci’s Chopshop!

Everyone wants to be a barber.

Very few are willing to become one.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be interviewing young people who want an opportunity to join Colucci’s Chopshop and begin our 12-week barber development programme.

But I’m not looking for the best barber.

I’m looking for the right person.

Someone who is hungry to learn.
Someone who turns up early.
Someone who takes pride in their appearance.
Someone who can communicate with people.
Someone who is coachable.
Someone who understands that success comes from consistency, not shortcuts.

Skills can be taught.

Attitude cannot.

At Colucci’s Chopshop, we believe in developing talent from the ground up. We’re looking for young apprentices who are prepared to work hard, respect the craft, and embrace the culture of a modern barbershop.

To break this opportunity down it’s an apprenticeship fully paid and I’ll turn you into a barber with employment here at Colucci’s Chopshop, the whole process will be recorded from interview process to becoming a barber and the struggles it in-tales. This will increase your confidence and push you on quicker in the trade plus help you with getting customers quicker. The goal is to get you self employed within 1 year, Starting with just Thursdays and Fridays then I’ll build you up to full time. You have to be ok with me recording,these videos basically eliminate people to help me choose someone.
